Looking for a nutritious, easy-to-make dish that packs a wellness punch? Our Moringa Stir Fry is the perfect combination of flavor and health benefits. Pair it with Healthy Body Botanicals’ Moringa supplement for a complete boost! ✨

Ingredients:
250g moringa (drumstick) leaves
1/4 tsp turmeric powder (optional)
1/4 cup grated coconut
Salt to taste
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/4 cup shallots
1 tbsp crushed dry chillies
1 sprig curry leaves (optional)
Directions:
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Let them splutter.
Add shallots and sauté until golden.
Mix in the crushed dry chillies and curry leaves (if using).
Add moringa leaves and turmeric powder. Stir well.
Cook for 2-3 minutes, then add salt and grated coconut.
Sauté for another minute and serve hot!
