We are excited to announce a new project and our continued partnership with the Florida Department of Health in Orange County. This week we were honored to be awarded a Community Health Advancement Grant and are grateful to UCF Lake Nona Hospital and Board Member Wendy Brandon for their valuable support. Founded in 1997, more than 275,000 free patient visits and medical services have been provided thanks to partnerships with hospitals, faith groups, facilities, corporations and community partners. In 2018, Shepherd's Hope provided m0ore than 19,000 patient visits and medical services to the uninsured and underinsured in our community, thanks to the dedication of 2,800 volunteers.
