Proudly providing one-on-one, expert physical therapy specializing in: Orthopedics, pelvic floor and pregnancy, return to run and athletes, and dizziness, vertigo, and balance. Our aim is to help our clients to stop spinning and start living.

🗓️ As we enter our 4th calendar year(!), I can’t help but take a moment to appreciate the differences between the Bespoke PT that is entering 2026, and the Bespoke PT that I opened in 2023:

👉 In 2023, Bespoke PT was a portable massage table, two chairs from my dining room, and an unwavering dedication to treating every client to the absolute best of my ability. Heading into 2026 our clinic has a top of the line 3 section electric hi-lo treatment table, a Balance Body pilates reformer, about a million gadgets and gismos, and two physical therapists with unwavering dedication to patient care.

👉 In 2023, I wasn’t sure if anyone would ever call, much less book an appointment. As we begin 2026, Bespoke Physical Therapy has treated hundreds of people from all over Polk County, people who’ve driven from both coasts of Florida, and multiple people vacationing from other states and countries.

👉 In 2023, I treated clients for dizziness and orthopedic issues, and in 2026 (thanks to Dr. Holli!) Bespoke is also able to offer expert care for those with pelvic floor needs and endurance athletes.

🎉 So excited to continue to serve this community in 2026, and to see what the year will bring!

📣 Two Quick November Announcements:

1) It’s officially the most cozy time of the year, and what better way to celebrate than giving out free sweatshirts?!

Whether we call it “Client Appreciation” or a “Cold Front Celebration” between now and Thanksgiving, we will be giving out free Bespoke PT *sweatshirts to all **clients! If hot pink isn’t your color, we can dig up a blue Bespoke t-shirt instead.

*Sizes S- 2XL available while supplies last (but we have a lot of supplies!).
**One per person, unless they have a great reason for needing two 🙂

2) Do your HSA/FSA funds expire at the end of the year?

If so, now is the time to book your evaluation, and have time to meet your goals without letting your money go to waste! Whether you need to get out of pain, improve your balance, or put an end to vertigo, we would love to help.

At Bespoke PT, we believe in quality over quantity.
❌ We don’t schedule clients to come in 3 times a week for 6 weeks.
❌ We don’t have a 30 different therapists/ assistants/ techs on staff.
❌ We don’t have a huge room of equipment to fill your time while we are busy with another client.

What we do have:
✅ 2 highly skilled doctors of physical therapy
✅ clients who are typically scheduled to come in once a week… who we work with 1 on 1
✅ 1 piece of exercise equipment: a top of the line Pilates reformer that we use for targeted movements when it will benefit our clients.
