📍 Location: Lutz, FL (Will rotate between locations in Lutz (All are within a few miles of each other)
🗓 13 -week Contract
📅 Start Date: ASAP
🌙 Shift: 6pm-6am Night shift
💰 Pay : $28.00 an hour (Weekly)

Requirements:
-Minimum of 1 year experience as an LPN
-Active BLS
-Preferably no PTO planned during the contract
-LPN's need to have trach and vent experience
-No more than a 1 to 6 ratio
-Scrubs need to be either black or dark solid
-There is a mandatory staff meeting via Zoom at the end of each month, and the clinician will be paid for that

The Supervisor Navigator RN provides day-to-day supervision for a team of 23 Oncology Nurse Navigators across four Providence Cancer Institutes.

Requirements to apply:

-Education meeting certification, licensure, or registration requirements
-Active Oregon Registered Nurse license upon hire
-BLS (AHA) certification upon hire
-OCN certification within 6 months (180 days) of hire
-Minimum 3 years of relevant oncology RN experience
