🌸 Let’s Talk Pelvic Floor Health 🌸

Your pelvic floor muscles support your bladder, uterus, and bowel — and when they’re not working properly, it can affect your quality of life.

To reduce the risk of SIDS, always place your baby on their back to sleep — for naps and bedtime.
