Unpopular outlook on Deep Tissue Massage: Deep Tissue doesn’t necessarily mean deep pressure. Exerting forceful pressure can damage the soft tissue and cause adverse effects.

Great massage requires an understanding of how the body works and responds. What “feels good” may not actually be good for you. Where it hurts isn’t necessarily where the issue is.

This isn’t “a job” for me; it is a passion and I pride myself on listening to my clients words spoken and unspoken.

It’s been a bit since I last introduced myself. Hi! I’m Jennifer the owner and operator of Healing Moon Therapies.
