⏰ Some placements are quick while others can span over months and months- Nurse Pop Ins is here for each and every one! 🗓️
For Cathey, it took almost 9 months of working with her family. Cathey moved here from Louisiana and lived with her daughter, Kristin for a while before moving to a wonderful residential assisted living- she has settled in well! After sharing this picture with her daughter she said it made her day🩷 Love that!
Terrell’s placement was a quick one as he was in rehab and his daughters needed to choose a community for him to transfer to upon his discharge. His daughter Sharon lives in North Florida and was only here for a few days to make arrangements. We made it happen! He is doing well in his new community.
And for sweet Louisa, she was in another community who was closing down and her daughter received a 45 day notice to find a new home…it was a one and done situation. The daughter toured the recommended community, assessment was completed, and she was able to move in seamlessly.
Each situation is very unique and we are honored to help every way we can 🙏🫶☺️
