Late night thoughts… 100% of our parents come in and tell us my baby fights the swaddle until baby either gives up or wins to get their hands up and out of the swaddle.

If your baby needs the swaddle or you choose to use it with your baby, please swaddle with their arms up!

We have a video demonstrating this technique on our YouTube channel

Your baby is used to having their hands in utero to suck and soothe. Helping their nervous system to mature and regulate is all appropriate. You are already holding, positioning, feeding, and playing with your baby…we just love showing parents how to do it all with a purpose to benefit their baby’s development 💜

Warning parents to not use a pacifier with their newborn because of ni**le confusion is advised by people who do not understand sensory and reflex integration and the importance that rhythmic sucking has on brain development.

A baby should be able to suck on a cylindrical shaped pacifier. Pacifiers of asymmetrical shapes are not recommended for optimal non-nutritive sucking.

If your baby is not actively sucking to soothe, then remove the pacifier and cue your baby to rest with a closed mouth and tongue elevated to the palate.

Where is your baby’s tongue at rest and during sleep?

Do you know how many sucks per burst your baby is able to do? Do you know what is expected?

If a provider has given you any comment on your baby’s feeding/pacifier use/bottles, they should be able to answer these questions.

You miss feeling like yourself.

Between feedings, diaper changes, and sleepless nights, you barely recognize the person in the mirror. You want to move your body, feel the music, reconnect with that part of you that existed before "mom" became your entire identity.

But finding childcare? Nearly impossible. Finding time? Even harder.
What if you didn't have to choose between taking care of yourself and being with your baby?

Dancing Roos is where bonding meets movement. Strap your little one in and dance—really dance. Not awkward swaying in the living room. Real choreography. Real music. Real fun.

You'll feel:
✨ The energy of moving your body again
✨ The sweetness of baby snuggles while you groove
✨ The connection of rhythm and closeness combined
✨ Like you again (just the upgraded mama version)

This isn't just babywearing. It's reclaiming your joy while deepening your bond.

Join us for our next DANCING ROOS class! 💜

Feeding time shouldn't feel this hard.
You're doing everything "right," but something's off. Baby's fussy at the bottle. Breastfeeding is a struggle. You're worried about latch, tongue tie, or if they're getting enough.

And everyone keeps saying, "Just relax." (Like that helps.)

Here's what most people don't know: Oral motor development is a whole-body experience. When baby's mouth isn't working efficiently, their entire body compensates—and that's when feeding gets complicated.

On the Mat: Oral Motor gives you the expert guidance you've been looking for. Led by a functional feeding and oral motor trained therapist, this class teaches you simple daily routines that actually make a difference.

This is your low-stress, supportive space to practice and get real answers. Link in bio 💜

Your baby is on the move... but something feels off.
Maybe they're scooting instead of crawling. Always rolling to one side. Skipping crawling altogether. Or you're just not sure if what they're doing is "normal."
You've Googled it. Asked other moms. But you still wonder: Am I missing something?

Here's the truth: It's not just about if your baby hits milestones—it's about how they're moving. Those early movement patterns? They're building the foundation for everything to come.

Movers Gross Motor Bootcamp isn't just playtime. It's expert-led training with a licensed pediatric physical therapist who'll give you individualized techniques to help your baby move with strength, balance, and symmetry.

Because every baby deserves a strong start.

Remember when you thought starting solids would be simple?
Then the questions started rolling in:
Is she ready? What if he chokes? Why does everyone have different advice? Should I puree everything or... just hand her a piece of chicken?
We get it. You want to do right by your baby, but the internet has you second-guessing every bite.

Here's what we know: The way you introduce solids affects more than just what your baby eats today. It shapes their relationship with food, supports their speech development, and can even prevent picky eating down the road.

At the Table: Starting Solids isn't another class that leaves you with a handout and more questions. It's a hands-on, bring-your-baby experience where you'll learn exactly what to do—and why it matters.
