💚 Last Friday, on World Mental Health Day, F.R.E.S.H. Behavioral Services joined the Mental Health Association of Central Florida at Lake Eola Park to celebrate the importance of mental wellness and community connection. Together, we watched the fountain glow green and raised our glow sticks in support of awareness, healing, and hope.
At F.R.E.S.H., we believe that mental health should be celebrated and cared for every day not just one day a year. Let’s keep showing up for ourselves and for one another. 💚
