He attended Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine and graduated in 1995. After medical school, he completed a General Surgery residency followed by a Fellowship in Plastic Surgery at the Cleveland Clinic Health System South Pointe Hospital. To further his skills, he completed a Hand & Microvascular Fellowship at the University of California at San Diego, graduating in 2003. Dr. Seto is a member of the American Society of Osteopathic Surgeons and the Florida Osteopathic Medical Association. He is dedicated to personalized patient care, formulating a plan that best fits each patient’s personal needs and goals.
