We are excited to share something new at Supportive Counseling, LLC.

🌿 Walk & Talk Therapy Sessions are now available in select Central Florida locations near Winter Park.

If traditional therapy feels intimidating, too intense, or “stuck,” walking side-by-side can make it easier to begin (or continue) the work. Walk & Talk sessions blend gentle movement with the same trauma-informed, evidence-based approach we use in telehealth.

This option may be a fit if you’re navigating:
✅ anxiety and overwhelm
✅ burnout and high-pressure seasons
✅ trauma recovery (when clinically appropriate)
✅ low motivation or feeling disconnected
✅ relationship stress, boundaries, and self-worth work

If you’re curious, start with a free 15-minute consultation to explore whether Walk & Talk is right for you.

We had an inspiring day at 2026, standing alongside the Harbor House of Central Florida's Young Professionals Board to support survivors of domestic violence. Our founder, Jessica Straughn, joined forces with community partners like Harbor House of Central Florida, Orlando Police Department, Orange County Sheriff's Office, Florida, NAMI Central Florida, and many others to raise awareness and stand in solidarity with those affected by domestic violence.

Every step taken represents hope, healing, and a future free from abuse. We’re proud to provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy to help women navigate the aftermath of domestic violence.

Together, let’s continue to create a community of support and empowerment.
