At Whole Family Healthcare we believe the human body has an intelligent healing capacity when placed in the appropriate environment. We strive to provide our patients with the best from all disciplines of medicine. We offer a truly unique and integrative approach, which combines both an appreciation for conventional diagnostics and treatments along with an emphasis in treating individuals with safe and effective natural medicines. Patients seek out our services for the following reasons:
1. We treat patients who attempt natural measures first for their healthcare needs.
2. We treat chronically ill patients who need a different approach as they have exhausted conventional methods and are still experiencing some level of disease.
3. We try and identify the underlying root cause of disease. Treating symptoms is important, but there is a better chance of cure if we can accurately test for the root cause and treat it.
4. We treat the individual and not only their disease process. We strive to create a healthy balance in body, mind, and spirit.
5. We attempt to create an environment in the human body where healing can take place.
6. We follow a therapeutic order. All medicine is useful, but some carry substantial side effects. We prefer to start with the foundations of good health first and move up the therapeutic ladder as necessary to stimulate a healing response. We choose to implement first line therapies initially such as:
a. Proper Diet
b. Regular Stress Reduction
c. Restorative Sleep
d. Seasonal Detoxification
e. Optimal Nutritional Status
f. Hormonal Balance

Trying to change everything all at once will be overwhelming. Making one change at a time, and then build upon that change once it become habit. Studies show it takes a minimum of three weeks for something to become a habit, so commit to something for no less than three weeks. If you are ready for it, add something else to it. Small habits, added together over time, will lead to big changes!

Think about these habits:

No Alcohol.
No Fast Food.
No Fried Foods.
No Processed Sugars.
No Fatty Dressings or Dips.
Workout Every Day.
Only Eat Whole Foods.
