September. Finding, Feeling, Exploring the 9 th and final bony landmark of the torso: the side of the ribcage. I had an interesting experience this past Saturday when I was subbing for the fitness through dance pilates class at the Orlando School of ballet. With just some simple explanations, I had people coming up to me after class talking about how much they loved my cueuing. It's neat, clean, and effective. AND. I don't have to talk so much 😂😘

We are almost at the end of the 9 bony landmarks of the torso. The side of the hip can be tricky as it is not as "bony" as others AND it is on a narrower base. The good news is, if it hurts you are on your leg bone and not the hip bone. Eliminates some of finding (and discomfort). Looking forward to this one. ❤️💪

I am alittle behind on this month with the platform launch and all. Sternum landmark, as with all ribcage landmarks, support the transfer of the weight of the noggin.

So several months ago expressed to me how much she wanted to teach a pre-natal mat class. She said it is her fav population to teach and wallah! The power of intention and it is a full class! ❤️🙏
