Oh hey, it’s me! Circa 2009. In the very best massage school there ever was. Intrigued by anatomy and carrying a burning passion to care for those around me. Not a single inkling was had of the journey to come. Grateful for every mile of this road and every person that’s been on my table. Still not a single inkling of what’s to come but I’ve got the best tour guide and I’m here for it. 🤲❤️💀

I’m here to share some news...(if you’ve been a subscribed client for some time, you’ve also received this news in your email.) 🪴

A few weeks back, I endured a neck injury that knocked me off my feet. I’m thankful for the helpers around me that sprung into action. Major shout out to Dr Cloe Barnes at Winter Park Chiro ! She’s been a Godsend every step of the way. In our findings, my neck injury had been brewing under the surface for quite some time, and was bringing my shoulder along with it. Though I am healing well, it’s going to be a long road. I’ve been blown away by the grace that has been shown by all of you, especially those who received last minute texts and reschedules. It’s been a humbling reminder of the importance of community and care.

I am officially back in the studio and taking appointments, just a little less than before. I will be providing care through light - firm pressure. I will not be providing deep tissue or sports massage for the foreseeable future. This is a hard change for me, as I love to be able to provide based on preference. For anyone who this may affect, please know I have a tool belt of practitioners in my sphere and I will be happy to connect you with one of them.

Taking care of others with high regard is part of my DNA. I’m doing everything I can to fully recover and come back even better than before. Until then, I’m doing what I can with what I know and am able to provide.

Booking & e-gift cards options are active. With my schedule being lightened and spaces likely filling up quicker, please don’t hesitate to reach out, as I will always do my best to accommodate.
