Food and body-related triggers can feel loud, sudden, and overwhelming. But they don’t define your progress or your worth.

Try these gentle strategies when a trigger shows up:

🌿 Slow down — give your nervous system a moment to settle.
🌿 Ground yourself — notice your breath, your feet, your surroundings.
🌿 Speak kindly to yourself — “I’m safe. I can handle this.”
🌿 Redirect your attention — music, movement, or stepping outside.
🌿 Connect — healing grows in supportive spaces.
