It’s that time of year again…BIRTHDAY & BUSINESS 🎉.

This is 40. ✨

4 years of full time private practice
8 years since I started my practice part time
15 years as a therapist
7 years on the Board of the Central Florida Association of Marriage and Family (CFAMFT)
3 years as the President and President elect for CFAMFT
2 years as a Dope Therapist Academy Support Coach
6 years being a mom
18 years with my beau
7 years being his wife

Stepping into 40 feeling full of love, lessons, laughter, and purpose. Grateful for every season that’s shaped me and excited for all that’s still unfolding. Here’s to growth that keeps on giving. 🥂

It’s been 3 years since I left my job to go full time in private practice and a year since I’ve been a support coach for other therapists - launching and revamping their own solo private practice!

Being a therapist and business owner is not easy, AND the system was not built for us TO do it, BUT… WE ARE HERE!
