This year, we are doing it bigger, deeper, and more intentional.
BREATHE is now 4 days and 3 nights, giving you more time to exhale, restore, and reconnect with yourself in a luxurious, private setting created for rest and renewal.

You will enjoy elegant accommodations with individual king bed rooms, elevated dining experiences, and space to truly unplug while being fully cared for.
Because accessibility matters, we have added a longer, extended 9 month PAYMENT PLAN, making it easier to say yes to yourself without pressure or overwhelm.

For those who desire an even more intimate experience, we are introducing a separate VIP Luncheon. This is a curated, luxurious table experience with limited seating designed for deeper conversation, meaningful connection, and proximity. This experience is an additional investment and seating will be extremely limited.

This is not a conference.
This is not a girls trip.
This is an experience designed to shift how you show up in your life.

People often ask me:
What’s the difference between the Mental Health Association of Central Florida and NAMI Central Florida?

Short answer:
Both are vital. They serve different roles in the mental health ecosystem.

Long answer:
Mental Health Association of Central Florida (MHACF) focuses on systems, services, and access. Their work centers on community education, workplace mental health, policy-adjacent initiatives, advocacy for access to care, housing stability, crisis response collaboration, and supporting organizations in building mentally healthy environments.
They also provide free counseling services for adults and adolescents, along with therapy and psychiatric medication support for individuals who are uninsured or underinsured.

Think: prevention, infrastructure, leadership, and direct access to care.

NAMI Central Florida focuses on individuals and families living with mental illness. Their strength is peer support, education classes, support groups, and helping people understand diagnoses, treatment options, and how to navigate life with mental health conditions.

Think: lived experience, family support, and peer-led connection.

One works upstream and system-wide.The other works alongside individuals and families day-to-day.

Different lanes.
Same mission.
Both are necessary.

These are two organizations you hear me speak of often when it comes to community mental health.
I want you informed so you can refer confidently and use both organizations appropriately.
Mental health doesn’t move forward through silence. It moves forward through collaboration, clarity, and community education. If you’ve ever wondered where to turn, now you know and knowing matters. Because the more informed we are, the better we advocate, refer, and support.

Park Avenue hits different during Christmas… And yes, I get a front-row seat to the magic.

When you walk these brick streets in Winter Park, you’re not just shopping you’re stepping into a whole experience. The lights, the energy, the community, the sparkle… it’s a vibe all on its own.

And as a Park Avenue Main Street Board Member, I don’t just enjoy the season, I help shape it. The partnerships, the events, the strategy, the way we make this avenue feel like a Hallmark movie with a luxury twist? I’m part of that work.

Winter Park knows how to do Christmas. Park Avenue knows how to do it with style. And I love being one of the women at the table making sure it stays iconic.

Here’s to community, leadership, and a little holiday glamour right here on the Ave.

I’m always building tools for the women I coach, and this one came from a recent session where a client asked me something so honest it stopped us both:

“How do I recognize when someone is actually safe for my heart?”

Here’s the guidance that flowed from that moment:

5 Signs Your Heart Is In Secure Hands

1. They can hear you without turning your feelings into a fight.

2. Your emotions are welcomed, not treated like an inconvenience.

3. Their actions match their words day after day, not just in the beginning.

4. When there’s tension, they work to mend the moment instead of letting it linger.

5. Your openness is protected, not shared, mocked, or mishandled.

Drop ❤️ in the comments if this hit home or if you’re choosing relationships that feel emotionally safe.

Tonight, on NBA Orlando Magic Mental Health Night, I was honored as the Orlando Magic GamechangHER, a moment that brought together my two favorite things: mental health and the Orlando Magic. Grateful for this recognition and for the chance to continue serving our community with purpose and heart. 💙
