Homemade chicken noodle soup kind of day 🍲

Florida cold hits different, so in between patients and lunch break, I went full comfort mode. Fresh veggies, herbs, homemade noodles (yes, from scratch), and shredded rotisserie chicken. Simple, nourishing, and made with love for the family.

Proof that even on busy clinic days, you can still choose warmth, health, and home 🧡
