Thanks to all my patients since 1996, when I started my practice. Thanks to my awesome employees. Thanks to all my colleagues, who referred me patients and allowed my small private practice to survive for so long in a city that is dominated by hospital employed doctors. I’m happy to say that, in the words of Frank Sinatra, “I did it my way”. It was a good run!
I wish all the success to Dr Tanya Haber and Dr Matt Newberg, who will be opening a primary care concierge practice in this office. I recommend both of them.
I’ll be taking a couple of much needed months off. In September you can find me at Digestive Disease Consultants, where I’ll be doing colonoscopies a couple days a week.

After nearly 29 fulfilling years in private practice, I want to share that I will be officially closing my practice on June 20, 2025. It has been a true privilege to care for so many of you over the years, and I am deeply grateful for the trust and confidence you’ve placed in me.

This is not a full goodbye—I’m pleased to share that beginning in September, I will be working part-time at Digestive Disease Consultants, where I’ll continue performing colonoscopies for my established patients who choose to receive care there.

Thank you for allowing me to be part of your healthcare journey for nearly three decades. It has truly been an honor.

25 years ago today I started practicing Colon & Re**al Surgery in Winter Park. The location of the office changed a few times in the early years before we settled into our current office in 2003. The practice name has also changed a few times as well. Our philosophy hasn’t changed and together with my staff, most of which have been with me for years, I’m proud to provide care to the Central Florida community. I can’t believe it’s been 25 years. I’m thankful for all the patients who have trusted their care to me over the years and I’m happy to celebrate this milestone! 💕
