I am a license massage therapist skilled in mind, body and spirit techniques, such as; guided wellness, meditation, massage, progressive relaxation, and paced breathing. These techniques have been shown to reduce stress, balance the immune response, manage acute and chronic pain, as well as promote sleep and reduce fear and anxiety. Massage therapy can increase a sense of calmness, peace of mind, and positive energy. Providing clients with the rare opportunity to discover a personal connection to their illness or condition and begin a powerful mental, emotional, spiritual and physical healing process. Massage can help identify how the body is manifesting emotional, mental or spiritual issues and develop a deeper understanding of the choices you can make to heal from within.
