Our mission is to create connectivity within and between individuals and communities by providing services and events that attend to physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Create Connectivity Counseling provides holistic, depth-oriented counseling and psychotherapy to individuals (adult/child/adolescent), couples, families and groups. Multiple counseling theories and techniques are integrated so as to tailor the counseling experience to meet the needs of a variety of clients. Our approaches include somatic (body-based) and experiential approaches such as mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, and nature-based and equine-assisted modalities. Specialties include personal and spiritual growth, life transitions, identity exploration, self-esteem, stress/anxiety, depression, career, relational/marital issues, trauma, grief, loss, adoption, fertility, and attachment. Nicole Akselrad, MA, LPCC recently joined Create Connectivity Counseling, supporting teens and adults with personal growth, life transitions, grief, loss, trauma, and substance use. Nicole is passionate about facilitating re-connection and self-discovery while repairing the self from past wounds. She believes that new patterns of resilience and resourcefulness develop out of a genuine, safe, and empathic bond, allowing you to access your past and grow into your authentic self while feeling strong, aware, connected, and in control.
