YMD stands for Yeilding Medical Doctor and was founded by Dr. Ruth Hill Yeilding. at Center for Site in Sarasota, Florida.

Dr. Yeilding is Board-certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and Facial Plastic Surgery. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Washington & Lee University magna cm laude and received her Medical Doctorate from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, also conferred magna cm laude. She was inducted into the prestigious Phi Beta Kappa honor society, and elected to join the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. Her experience includes an internship in General Surgery at the University of Texas at Austin and an ophthalmology residency including Oculoplastic Surgery at Vanderbilt University, the premier center for aesthetic plastic surgery. She was awarded an exclusive facial plastic surgery fellowship with an emphasis on intensive laser surgery with Dr. John Fezza M.D. She is an Allergan-certified provider of BOTOX and Juvederm and certified in laser surgery by Lumenis.
