Join us every Wednesday & Friday as we move with intention through a breath-led dynamic vinyasa class that focuses on building strength, flexibility, balance, and mindful awareness. Each class includes centering, warm-ups, flowing posture sequences, guided relaxation, and meditation—offering space to listen inward and connect deeply to self.

All levels are welcome. Modifications and moments of stillness are offered to support your practice.
