As part of the program, students receive a free unlimited studio membership, giving you the space to practice, learn, and fully immerse yourself in yoga.

Our studio will be closed Thursday & Friday as we take time to rest, reflect, and give thanks.

During this holiday season, take time to pause and replenish through movement, relaxation, and connection. Beginning with a gentle grounding yoga practice to open the body, followed by yoga nidra to invite rest and inner calm then after practice we will gather and enjoy crafted mocktails.
Treat yourself to the perfect blend of mindful movement, rest, and meaningful connection—leaving you feeling renewed in body, mind, and spirit.

No prior yoga experience is needed. Simply bring your mat, an open heart, a willingness to slow down and just BE!

Meet our newest RSY instructor! ✨

Kinsey discovered yoga in 2022 after watching her mom’s practice bring powerful healing and transformation. Witnessing this impact through loved one gave Kinsey a profound connection to the practice, inspiring her to embrace it as her own source of movement, joy, and vitality.

Certified in 2025, Kinsey brings that same energy into her classes, where she aims to make yoga both uplifting and accessible. With a background in recreation, she has worked with a wide range of communities, from retirees to individuals with special needs, and believes yoga has something to offer everyone. Passionate about longevity and living well, Kinsey inspires her students to see yoga not just as exercise, but as a lifelong companion for strength, balance, and joy.

Join Robin as she guides you through the exploration of the power of setting an intention. Setting an intention for your yoga practice and utilizing affirmations on the mat and in your life can help strengthen intentions even more.

What you’ll learn:

• What is an intention?
• Difference between intention and affirmations
• How to set effective intentions
• How to develop an affirmation practice

Workshop concludes with a Hatha yoga session with
embedded affirmations and Yoga Nidra. Suitable for all levels. Sign up under Enrollment schedule on Walla app.
