One that is more of an amazing life event than a medical procedure? The Bradley Method of Natural Childbirth offers weekly classes that are approximately 2 hours in length. Classes cover topics such as: Nutrition in Pregnancy, Stages of Labor, Dad's Role, Creation of Birth Plans, Breastfeeding, Variations & Complications, Post-Partum Preparations, Life as a New Family and Relaxation. This is a wonderful curriculum because it is comprehensive and educates both parents on multiple aspects of pregnancy and labor. It empowers couples with knowledge to make informed choices, and be an active participant in the birthing process. Investment for course with workbook: $300
*I am happy to offer military and first responder families a $50 discount*

- Doula Services -
I am a Catholic Doula trained birth doula, and my current fee is $725. This includes 2 pre-birth planning meetings and a post partum visit. If you are interested in this service, please contact me for more information on package details or to set up a free consultation.
