Part of the 4 sacred medicines, this plant is part of my spiritual, physical and all over wellbeing.

My ancestors burned sage as a spiritual ritual to cleanse a person, space, connect to the spirit world, promote healing and wisdom. We call this smudging.

This sacred plant medicine comes from my tiny garden. A strong anti-microbial, contains compounds that fight bacteria, fungi, and viruses.

When you purchase there is an energy exchange. I hope these herbs can give you what you need. Our other Sage (Prairie and Blue) is blessed, planted, picked and gathered by Natives with the same intention -to give, connect, bless and do good.

Have way more than needed, so decided to package up and offer until sold out.

I love clays! once a week I do a Facial Mask and once a month a do a Body Mask.

For my weekly face mask I use Rhassoul Clay -I pour about a quarter size of clay powder in the palm of my hand, mix with water, apply and let sit for about 8 mins and rinse with warm water. My face feels instantly fresher, smooth and hydrated.

These are single clays that can be used for face, body and or hair.

Rhassoul
Suitable for mature and sensitive skin. Rhassoul contains high levels of magnesium, potassium and calcium. Used in many spa and bath soaks primarily because of the clays detoxifying properties. Spa quality clay from ancient deposits found in the Atlas mountains in Morocco.
