When coming to a North Runnels Clinic or Hospital please stay in your vehicle and call either the clinic at 325-754-1317 or Hospital 325-754-4553.

We will come out to vehicle for testing.

Sometimes we feel like we can’t ask for something we need unless we know the answer. We fear rejection on a deep level.

It’s important to know that others being unable to fulfill a need for us is often not about our worth, but their ability.

If someone is unwilling to fulfill a need for us, we cannot allow that to define our worth.

Ask for what you need. Appreciate when you receive. Accept when you don’t.
Discern wisely when it’s time to let go of a relationship that consistently denies your needs.
