Over the next several days I’ll be sharing simple facts about massage therapy & behind the scenes snippets. My goal is to help you better understand your body, the work I do, and why massage therapy is an important form of care.

Massage Therapy Fact:

Massage therapists are licensed healthcare professionals.

Our training includes anatomy, physiology, pathology, and hands on clinical education. We choose from a variety of modalities & spa services to customize our education. Learning doesn’t stop after licensure, it’s an ongoing part of ethical, effective care.

As our studio continues to grow, our Massage Therapy Menu 2026 will take effect on April 1, 2026.

This update allows us to continue offering thoughtful, personalized care in a calm and supportive space. We have several new treatments coming this year!

✔ Current pricing remains in effect through March 31
✔ Existing gift certificates will be honored

Updated pricing is now available on our website and in studio.

Pricing is based on the date of service. Appointments on or after April 1, 2026 follow the Massage Therapy Menu 2026.

Entering my 16th year as a massage therapist and reflecting on the journey.
I’m incredibly grateful for the growth of both my career and our spa. What started as a passion has grown into a beautiful new space built on trust, intention, and care. Thank you to every client who has supported this journey. this next chapter is just beginning, and I’m so excited for what’s ahead.

This year definitely came with its ups and downs. We faced some challenges,(the BIRD, chronic illness, an unexpected move, growing pains)we learned a lot, and grew in ways we didn’t expect but we’re so proud of how far the spa has come.

We’re beyond grateful for every client who supported us, trusted us, and stuck with us through it all. Your kindness, encouragement, and continued support truly mean more than we can say. The compliments we receive go right to our heart & bolster us to keep going.

Because of this year, we’re stepping into the next one stronger, more grounded, and really excited about what’s ahead. We have new treatments and offerings coming soon, and we can’t wait to share them with you.
