Millennium Therapy We are conveniently located southwest of downtown in the same building as Blanchard Family Dental.

We offer full service physical and speech therapy as well as specialty services: Balance and Vestibular Rehab, Pelvic PT/ Women's Health, TMJ Dysfunction, and sports rehab.

We offer full service physical, occupational and speech therapy as well as various specialty services at each of our main locations across the state of Iowa and also offer treatment options at over 10 satellite locations. We are constantly expanding our knowledge and offerings through coursework, experience and company trainings in order to stay on the cutting edge of treatment, documentation and insurance guidelines and requirements.
