Why is yoga overrated?
Well… it shuts off all the outside noise.
The I don’t give a f*s start blooming.
The pause settles in.
Your body grounds.
Your mind finally links up with your breath—like a warm wave blanketing you from the inside out.

And honestly?
It just makes you feel so. damn. good.
