I have a passion for inspiring & coaching others toward optimal health. Professionally, I am trained, insured & experienced to offer support in the areas of massage therapy, physical fitness, nutrition, yoga, youth programs, corporate safety & health programs & more. I am dedicated to obtaining & sharing knowledge of the human body, its response to overuse, injury, illness & emotional wellbeing. As a licensed massage therapist, certified yoga teacher, personal trainer & occupational safety & health professional, the primary focus of my practice is to coach others toward relief from discomfort caused by structural imbalance, myofascial restriction, illness, injury, TMJ, physical & emotional stress. Following several years in private, commercial & corporate wellness environments, I pursued certification & licensure as a Yoga Teacher & Massage Therapist. I have specialty training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage MLD, TMJ *IntraOral Massage Techniques, Vedic Thai Massage, Ashiatsu, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, & Children's Yoga. My current plans are to pursue advanced skills in myofascial techniques, PNF & appropriately designed & implemented employee safety & health programs.
