Germany reported Monday not a single healthy child age 5-18 died from Covid in the first 15 months of the pandemic. Even among children with preexisting conditions, only 6 deaths have been recorded.
Another eight infants and toddlers died, including five with preexisting conditions. In all, 14 Germans under 18 died of Covid. About 1.5 million German children or adolescents were infected with Sars-Cov-2 between March 2020 and May 2021, the researchers found.
In Britain, only 6 healthy children age 18 and under out of 12 million died of Covid.
Given the known risks of vaccine-induced myocarditis in young men, the fact that Pfizer tested its mRNA vaccines on barely 3,000 children 5-11 and followed most of them for only weeks after the second dose, the German data again raises the question of how health authorities can possibly justify encouraging children or teenagers to be vaccinated.

Interesting piece on the effectiveness of facemasks for COVID-19 out of Medical Hypothesis, 146 (2021) 110411, "FaceMasks in the COVID-19 era: A Health Hypothesis". The research was done out of Stanford, Cardiology Division.
"The existing scientific evidences challenge the safety and efficacy of wearing facemask as preventive intervention for COVID-19. The data suggest that both medical and non-medical facemasks are ineffective to block human-to-human transmission of viral and infectious disease such SARS-CoV-2 and COVID-19, supporting against the usage of facemasks. Wearing facemasks has been demonstrated to have substantial adverse physiological and psychological effects. These include hypoxia, hyper- capnia, shortness of breath, increased acidity and toxicity, activation of fear and stress response, rise in stress hormones, immunosuppression, fatigue, headaches, decline in cognitive performance, predisposition for viral and infectious illnesses, chronic stress, anxiety and depression. Long-term consequences of wearing facemask can cause health deteri- oration, developing and progression of chronic diseases and premature death. Governments, policy makers and health organizations should utilize prosper and scientific evidence-based approach with respect to wearing facemasks, when the latter is considered as preventive inter- vention for public health".

Sounds very similar to what I have said all along (see earlier posts 😀). Viruses and pathogens outnumber us and have been on this planet longer than we have. They have always been here and they always will be. A healthy immune system will always be the key to living alongside them.

Some strategies to get through the chaos going on around us:
1. "One". What is the one thing you can do today to stay positive and healthy? Long cumbersome lists can create stress and anxiety. Break in down into the one most important thing that you can do.
2. Win the Day. Don't concern yourself too much with tomorrow or next week. Go into each day with a game plan to win that day.
3. Connect. Connect to yourself at a deeper level. Use this time for growth mentally, physically, and spiritually.

Just a couple of ideas and questions based upon the data that I have studied:
1. Statistically speaking, a healthy immune system defeats SARS-CoV-2 100% of the time.
2. Data suggests that the end result of a healthy immune response is the creation of antibodies created against SARS-CoV-2
3. 80% of people who are exposed to SARS-CoV-2 will have at most mild symptoms.
4. Natural Herd immunity has proven successful against multiple SARS outbreaks in the past.
5. The spread of this Virus has the same pattern as EVERY know Virus.
6. Although a small sample size, treatment with Convalescent plasma containing SARS-CoV-2 specific antibody from patients who have fully recovered from SARS-CoV-2 exposure provided 100% recovery to the patients in which it was administered.
Questions:
1. Should we be isolating a healthy population from exposure and preventing building natural herd immunity?
2. Would allowing a healthy population to be exposed and build antibodies that could be used to treat those individuals who are at high risk and are having symptoms be a better strategy?
3. Will there be new guidelines created to allow kids back to school? If proven accurate and reliable, will serological testing be required in order for a student to attend school?
4. Why is it so hard to find consistent, accurate data in regards to death rate/cause of death, infection rate, ect...
5. Will quarantine/social isolation create a surge in mental health illness that will trump SARS-CoV-2 in relation to death and financial burden?
