Detox March 2026: The plan is to start Friday the 13th. Weigh in Thursday afternoon with refreshments including dairy free, grain free pizza, cheese and crackers, chips with salsa and queso, and potentially BLT summer rolls. We want you to get a good idea of how healthy food can taste! Message to set up your consult time with Dr. Grondin.

We are going to push the detox back to start March 13 (Dr Grondin's son is getting married March 8th!). This will give us time to get everyone's detox kits to them this week. That's a lot of snow! Stay safe out there and remember to be careful shoveling! It may be light but there is still a lot! Our office is closed for the morning while we clean up from the storm, but please leave a message if you are looking to be seen, as we are checking them regularly. Sneak peak of a couple of our meals this week so far.....Dr. Grondin made the easiest grain free garlic naan (which was delicious!) with arrowroot and coconut flour! It was paired with a full dairy free butter chicken and some spicy broccoli. For those not looking to lose weight, add in a bit of rice! For breakfast a couple soft boiled eggs were set over a grain free bagel from AWG! Their products are good and made from things like arrowroot powder, almond flour, coconut flour and psyllium husk! These meals are EASY and better than you can imagine!
