At ReVision Eye Care, formerly Downs Eye Care, you will find an experienced and helpful team of eye care professionals dedicated to meeting your eye health needs. Dr. Michael Downs (Downs Eye Care) has been a leading provider of optometry services and vision care products in the Wisconsin Rapids community since 1982. Dr. Peter Falk, a Wisconsin Rapids native, joined the office in 2015. In January 2018 Downs Eye Care transitioned into ReVision Eye Care, LLC to create a partnership between Dr. Downs and Dr. Falk that will keep the office operating in the community for years to come. Dr. Downs, Dr. Falk and the staff work closely as a team and take pride in providing one-on-one attention to solve your eye health and vision problems. We are dedicated to meeting the vision care needs of our patients and it is our goal to help you achieve and maintain clear vision for years to come.
