Reiki is a gentle, energy-healing practice that helps restore balance to the mind, body, and spirit. 🌿✨

A typical Reiki session involves the client lying down or sitting comfortably, fully clothed, while the practitioner places their hands lightly on or just above specific areas of the body, such as the head, torso, and limbs, for several minutes at a time. Session lengths differ depending on the focus of the session. The greatest part is people have experienced sensations like warmth, tingling, and the most popular outcome is deep relaxation.
