Onto the good stuff!
Cramp Bark is also great during the menstrual cycle to help relieve cramps. When threatened with a possible miscarriage, if the pregnancy is viable and healthy, this can possibly help save it.
Shepherd’s Purse is wonderful for childbirth but also has other benefits outside of that. It is great for stopping bleeding for wounds, nose bleeds, etc. a great thing to have on hand in the first aide kit.
Lady’s Mantle is heavily used in Europe as a Lady’s tonic for everyday use. It can help settle the stomach and it can energetically support a woman’s emotional state in all ages.

Wisdom Wednesday! Horse tail is an amazing herb that is a part of the mint family❤️ it doesn’t have a strong mint flavor, it is more subtle and slightly bitter (which we really enjoy in this house)

Wisdom Wednesday!

Budrock is one of my favorite herbs and I put it in just about everything! Full of vitamins and minerals. It has 5 amino acids and contains calcium, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, selenium, vitamin C, choline, vitamin E, Vitamin K and some B vitamins.
Burdock can also help regulate blood pressure, aide in digestion, cleanse the liver, and more! This is a powerhouse to have in your apothacary🥰

Product Highlight!
This is such an amazing salve. Over the weekend I hurt my knee (on Saturday) my non medical assumption is that I pulled a ligament. I have been rubbing this on it 3-4 times a day and putting under our red light (yes a chicken lamp) and by Sunday afternoon I feel so much better! I could barely walk on Saturday afternoon. I am continuing my “treatment” for a few more days to make sure it is healed up all the way❤️
