We are by appointment only and all appointments must be booked through our app, which is updated with the current available session times. Unlimited monthly members have 24/7 access. Based on scheduling trends and needs at this time we are in the shop for assistance and hands on treatments opening on Tuesdays at 10am, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 1pm. We do offer walk-in slots during open hours. All memberships, packages and sessions can be purchased online. Hours are always subject to change based on seasons and member needs. Should you need immediate or emergency services feel free to contact us and we will accommodate if at all possible. A season to remember for Grundy’s Ethan McClanahan. 🏀

McClanahan has been named the Black Diamond District Player of the Year after putting together an outstanding year for the Golden Wave.

A great player on the floor, but an even better young man off of it. Ethan has represented Grundy High School the right way with his work ethic, leadership, and the way he carries himself. A well deserved honor for one of the district’s best.
