Happy Monday Morning, everyone! I know I have been quiet on social media lately. If you have talked to me recently, then you know I have been super busy!

I am balancing babysitting my beautiful Henry, working, and a full-time online Bachelor's Degree program. (I love every minute!)

Thank you for your patience with me, as I know I am slower to respond to calls and messages at times.

✨We are working on scheduling the next 9D breathwork experience. I had several people interested in attending the previous session who were unavailable on the scheduled date.

The 9D breathwork session was everything we hoped it would be!! 🤩

I admit I was skeptical about experiencing breathwork for the first time in a group setting, but I was so wrong! Just like meditating together in a group, experiencing the session with others only added to the experience.

Tony was amazing at holding space for everyone and making sure we all felt safe and open to receive the experience.

We each had a very unique journey that provided what we needed.
