The McIntosh District Health Unit has partnered with Cribs for Kids to provide free Cribettes to families in our community.

Along with the Cribette, we offer safe sleep education, safe sleep kit (book, pacifier, sleep sac/wearable blanket, fitted sheet)to help parents create a safe sleep environment for their baby.

Safe sleep saves lives—let us help you get started with the right tools and knowledge.

Happy Medical Laboratory Professionals Week to our dedicated crew! This year, April 19–25 is the annual celebration to honor Medical Laboratory Professionals. They play a vital role in healthcare and patient advocacy.

The theme this year is inspired by the movie TOY STORY and is called "Lab Story." To infinity and beyond for our patients! Lab professionals strive to go above and beyond every day, and this year's theme celebrates just that.

Our local laboratory is available 24/7, 365 days a year. We provide results not only for our local providers but also for outside referring physicians. Specialty testing that is not available in our local lab is provided by Northern Plains Lab in Bismarck, ND.

The future holds no limits in laboratory medicine—new procedures are always being developed or researched to aid in diagnosing patients. To infinity and beyond for our patients!
