I want to give a big shout out and congrats to Britton Krueger for losing 11% BMI and 30 pounds in two months!! He was the winner and won $360! Cari Wiest also did and outstanding job and came in behind him with a loss if 6.7 BMI!
Great job you two and great job to the other 16 participants. We will be doing another challenge so stay tuned.

It's time for winter classes again💪🏋️‍♀️ Classes will be held Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 6 a.m for 30 minutes. They will run for 5 months. The cost is $25 a month or $15 for gym members. If you would like to buy all 5 months you will get $5 off. Also if you would like to sign up for the gym and join classes you can have 1 month free! Good news! The gym will be reopening Friday morning 5:00 am!! Please sanitize hands and sign in when entering. Please make sure thoroughly wipe everything down when you are finished. Also everyone’s memberships will be extended two months due to the closure.
