Happy Opening Day to all the hunters heading out into the woods today! 🏹🦌

Whether you’re a seasoned hunter or this is your first season, we at Long Chiropractic Center want to wish you a safe, successful, and injury-free hunt. As you navigate stand setups, long hikes, and the excitement of the season, don’t forget how important it is to take care of your body especially your back and neck.

Stay warm, stay flexible, and take rest days if you’re doing a lot of hiking or carrying gear.
