🌟 January Has Been Full of Joy & Movement at Our Skilled Nursing Rehab and Post‑Acute Care Facility! 🌟
This month, our residents have been staying active, creative, and connected through a variety of meaningful activities:
🎶 Move ’n Groove: We kicked off the year with rhythm, stretching, and smiles! Our residents enjoyed music‑based movement sessions that support mobility, balance, and overall wellness.
🎨 Painting Time: Creativity was flowing during our guided art sessions. From bold colors to calming strokes, residents expressed themselves beautifully and shared their masterpieces with pride.
🎳 Bowling Fun: Nothing brings out teamwork and laughter like a friendly bowling challenge! Whether rolling strikes or celebrating close calls, everyone had a great time.
