What started as a big idea between two friends has grown into something brighter than we ever imagined. Today we celebrate LightWork’s second birthday with full hearts and so much gratitude.

To our staff, thank you for bringing your whole selves, your wisdom, and your care into this work every single day. To our clients, thank you for trusting us with your stories and showing us what resilience truly looks like. To our community, thank you for wrapping us in support, cheering us on, and reminding us that we are building this together.
