End stage ACL-r and having some complications with donor site pain. Implemented isometrics and pain is nearly gone. Isometrics create high tension to stimulate collagen synthesis and improve tendon resiliency 💪 Heavy isometrics also produce an analgesic effect and restore motor unit recruitment.
60-70% max effort 30 sec holds 4-5 reps daily. Simple. Effective.

There’s just something incredible about the combination of power, precision, and pure courage. Athletes launch themselves down the ramp, trusting their training, balance, and body control to carry them through the air with grace. It’s a perfect example of strength + technique working together — something we truly appreciate in physical therapy.

Plus… who wouldn’t be amazed watching someone basically fly on skis? ✨
