Eve has been a truly stellar employee during the year and a half she has been with us at BILT! She began her journey as a Skills Trainer, quickly proved herself as an outstanding leader, and was promoted to Lead Staff. As of last month, we are thrilled to share that Eve has taken on an even bigger role as Assistant Manager, working alongside the equally talented Murphy Hagerty!

Eve brings responsibility, maturity, and compassion to everything she does with the individuals we serve. Whether she’s helping to problem-solve a situation, searching for new resources, or finding fresh opportunities and experiences for our participants, Eve is always a joy to work with and an incredible asset to our team.

We are so excited for this next chapter in Eve’s career—this promotion is truly well deserved.

Yesterday we had our first adaptive martial arts class! It was so much learning how to correctly punch and kick. Everyone really enjoyed using their bodies to learn a new skill.
