It’s not too often (ok pretty much never) that I point people towards a particular product or information source. is an exception to that. I’ve found over the years of listening to these episodes that his information presented is very broad spectrum and applicable, especially his recent episode #493 where he gets into some different ideas and methods for athletic longevity. As an aging former athlete I can resonate with the ideals of novel and effective balancing of workouts. I don’t train other people anymore however training oneself can be enough of a challenge, especially with the rigors of a sports therapy practice, and maintaining a family life as well. Give it a listen.
