✨ As the year winds down, I’ve been reflecting — both personally and in my work as a pelvic floor physical therapist.

Our bodies carry so much:

pregnancy 🤰🏻
stress 😌
the heaviness of loss 💛
healing 🌿
and the strength we build 💪

Pelvic floor PT isn’t about pushing harder — it’s about slowing down, listening, and trusting your body.

This year has been the most transformative of my life.

After completing 16 chemotherapy treatments, 13 immunotherapy infusions, a blood transfusion, two port placement procedures, 25 radiation treatments, and a double mastectomy with reconstruction — I’m deeply grateful to share that I am officially cancer-free ✨and back to my full schedule.

I’m now officially settled into my new treatment space in Woburn (inside Skin to Soul) and fully reopened for in-person appointments at Reclaim Your Strength Physical Therapy.

Returning to this work — helping women move, heal, and feel strong in their bodies — means more to me than ever. 🤍

✨ Wrapping up summer with some of my favorite Cape Cod memories — ocean views, ferry rides, wildlife hikes, and of course… the lobster rolls 🦞😉.

This season was so full, and I’m grateful for every adventure.

Now I’m ready to welcome fall 🍂 and with it, another round of my Fit As a Mother group coaching program starting this October! 💪🏽💕

I can’t wait to help more moms strengthen their abs + reconnect with their pelvic floor, gain strength for lifting their kids pain free and feel at home in their bodies again bladder leakage free and loving the way their favorite jeans fit again.

Nine years ago, I gave birth to my son…and I had no idea how much that moment would shape not just my motherhood, but my career.

I thought I was doing everything “right” postpartum - I went to my 6-week checkup, got cleared, and tried to jump back into workouts.

But what I really needed was guidance on how to reconnect with my core, heal my pelvic floor, and move in a way that supported my recovery.

That experience - feeling lost, frustrated, and dismissed- is what ultimately led me to become a pelvic floor physical therapist…and later, to create Fit As a Mother 💪🏽

It’s the 12-week program I wish I had back then - designed to help moms like you feel strong, supported, and confident in your body again.
