Robyn Housemann - Discover your Path to Wellness Wellness: A Way of Life Opportunities present themselves in many ways to us. If we are healthy we can face each opportunity in way that brings success.

If you are looking for ways to improve your wellness that go beyond our conventional medicine, contact me. I can help you assess your current level of wellness, create goals and develop a plan for achieving those goals. Look at my wellness wheel - I am certain there is an area of yourself that you would like to enhance. I may be able to help you or I may suggest a practitioner who is more qualified than I. I have built a network of practitioners ranging from nutrition to shamanic healing practices. I am a wellness facilitator - I will work with you to define where you want to go and help you get there! If you are interested in physical activity then I will suggest Zumba classes. If dance fitness is not for you then we can come up with other options. I am also a Reiki Master. If you are interested in experiencing a level of healing that goes beyond the physical give me a call and schedule an appointment! In “Reiki, Creativity, and Healing,” author Debi Barr shares how healing doesn’t only happen on the treatment table, it can also emerge through painting, writing, movement, and creative expression. After grief caused her to abandon art, Reiki helped her remember who she truly was and gently reopened the doorway to creativity as a form of spiritual healing and nervous system restoration.

Debi explains that when we invite Reiki into creative practices, our canvas, page, or song becomes a space of release, reflection, and transformation. She prepares her creative time the same way she would a Reiki session, by setting intention, drawing symbols, and allowing the energy to guide her. Over time, this became a living, soul-centered practice rather than just “making art.”

She reminds us that you don’t have to be an “artist” to allow Reiki to flow through creativity. Whether cooking, journaling, dancing, intuitive color play, or even blessing a written page with symbols can open a channel for emotional release, clarity, and healing.

💛 A few practices from Debi you can try:

✅ Invite Reiki into your creative space with intention or symbols
✅ Paint or write while tuning into a single Reiki symbol
✅ Reiki journal by placing your hands on the page and asking, “What does my soul need to express today?”
✅ Use creative expression after a session to help process energy
