Shared Sacred Space's mission is to teach and practice love and inspire inner peace for all beings. Our hope as healing practitioners is to remove blocks to inner truth by providing a sacred, comfortable healing space where clients can explore the healing modalities offered in confidence and safety. Our practitioners inspire conscious awareness, offering services that help our clients balance the spiritual, mental, emotional and physical body, using diverse healing modalities. We honor the individuality of each person, knowing each of us has univestigated patterns and beliefs. We have respect and reverence for where each person begins. As healing practitioners we will do our best to hold space for clients to explore their fears and move towards love and true essence. We are here to offer guidance and support as the process of self-healing continuously unfolds. As each one of us heals we all heal, opening us to our higher purpose of trust and peace. We acknowledge that all healing comes from an understanding of the Mind/body connection and that our true self is Oneness with all that is.

Ladies, it’s not your responsibility to hold it ALL.
Ok, gents as well
One of the most remarkable things you can do for your health and physical radiance is to get really clear on what’s yours and what’s not yours. And, whats relevant to the now and whats just not.

What you’re responsible for and what’s an unrealistic expectation you’re putting on yourself (🙋‍♀️im so guilty of this sometimes btw)

When life gets ‘heavy’ your face and expression are going to be the first place it shows up

We have hundreds of ‘emotional’ nerve endings, 12 meridians and a number of neuralbiological access points in our face, scalp and neck.

This means we can access a large part of your nervous system through these areas….releasing what’s ‘clogging the line’ to your natural state; peace, radiance, health, enthusiasm, balance

The visual results are immediate. The physical and energetic effects are immediate and seem to roll out over a number of days.

At very least, a session clears the slate so you can see clearly, rather than through a lense of stress, urgency or have-to’s. (I call that freedom)😁

Working with the head and face is complex and. Multifaceted, and the results often unmatched;
☘️Energetically
☘️Emotionally
☘️Physically

We access the vagus nerve directly through the face which lends us the capacity to clear emotional contention and weave the ‘healed’ emotional state all the way down through the body. Yes, accessing the rejuvenation setting in our body.
Buh-bye fight/flight

When we’re working with the scalp we’re working with the cranial nerves, accessing mutiple facets of your beinf, allowing your body to release mutiple layers of physical and mental tension.

Btw, said tension comes from your thoughts, feelings and beliefs, which brings me to the 3rd component of head/face work…

There are three spots on the head that went contacted, cause the brain to produce Delta waves.

Delta waves are what I call God waves.
They are erasers

They neutralize incoherent patterns that are caused by untrue thoughts and the feelings procured by such

You may call these ‘traumas, insecuritues, grudges, unforgiveness, limiting thoughts, inner turmoil, conflict overthinking, self begrudging, emotional residue (ie shame, guilt, anger, regret etc)

—> the the things that block us from experiencing our selves, our health, our lives, our beingness, our bodies, relationships, careers , abundance, communication, in the fullest most joyful, satisfying capacity that we potentially could

—>the things that prevent our full rebound after things got shaky for a bit (perhaos after conflict, setback, or illness/injury)

—> the things that feel that they inhibit us from truly feeling like a Free and healthy human

Lastly, its quite obvious, but i’ll say it, when all this silent stress is lifted out of the face, we are obviously going to look younger, happier, and more revitalized💃🏻

(That’s why i always say ladies, do this prior to botox 😘)

It’s also obvious to say that when the stresses are lifted off of us, and we feel better about ourselves, our self-worth goes up and we naturally take better care of ourselves.

This is the new wave of healthcare
—releasing the thoughts/energies that make us sick
(Btw, feeling ill are your cells responding to an untrue thought you’re thinking, or neg thought youre having about yourself )

WHY? “HEALING THE HEART OF DEMOCRACY” a book by Parker Palmer will guide a group of 24 and spark a new , timely, much needed conversation focusing on what connects us together and what separates us and learn how to bridge the gaps regardless of our personal beliefs ! WHO? Palmer says “Democracy depends on citizens who not only engage with the political process but also engage with each other”. We create a safe place to create a “politics” (i.e a people’s governing framework) worthy of the human spirit.

Hello Wolfeboro Community Group! I’m new to New Hampshire and I’m currently living in Ossipee. Moved up recently from Atlanta, Georgia!

I’m looking at hosting a women’s workshop/presentation around the topic of Women’s, pelvic floor health and womb awareness. I’ve been teaching on this topic for sometime and have presented in several places around the world. This topic is one that I am very passionate about and I’m looking to see if there would be interest by the local community to attend such a workshop. The Sacred Shared Space shop above the Made on Earth shop has said they’d be happy to host me. Workshop/ presentation is usually kept to 1.5 hrs including time to ask questions and is appropriate to ages 14 and up. Would this topic be of interest to folks that live here? Thanks 🙏🏻

I’m clearing my schedule this week and opening the week for bodywork at Sacred Shared Space

If you’ve never worked with me before I offer a bodywork fusion that combines Thai shiatsu yoga-bodywork with deep fascia decompression and assisted stretch

💫 I also offer spinal flush which is a technique I developed to open up the energetic power of spinal cord. The spine is a central current that can flush old energy out and bring fresh energy to our mind and eyes (how we see things)

It create a great sense of spaciousness when we get energetically crudded up with emotion or stress, or life.
It’s a great way to unlock your thinking

💫I also offer athletic stretch which is a stretch/decompression technique for my active peeps who want to keep their bodies limber, mobile and stay on their game

💫I still offer intuitive readings and consulting on all things mind, body, health, life.
