Sara Libby, MNA, LNA, Director of Human Resources, has been a vital part of Wolfeboro Bay for over 12 years. From onboarding new hires to managing schedules and ensuring compliance, Sara brings organization, energy, and positivity to everything she does.

Hazel Tibbetts, our Receptionist for over 31 years, is the warm smile that welcomes everyone who walks through our doors. Her kindness, compassion, and sense of humor make every day brighter.

Kim Riel, Business Office Manager for over 20 years, is truly an expert in her field—smart, approachable, and always patient and courteous.

We wouldn’t be the center we are without these amazing individuals. Thank you for all that you do—life is great at the Bay!

Today we’re celebrating two incredible members of our Activities team—Lisa and Donnah! 💙

Lisa, our Director of Activities, has been with us for nearly 3 years. Her contagious energy and dedication have brought so much joy to our residents, especially through the many opportunities she creates to get out and enjoy the community.

Donnah, our amazing Activity Assistant, has been with us for over a year. Her genuine connection with residents, along with her creativity and compassion, truly makes a difference every single day.

Life at the Bay is brighter because of the love, laughter, and magic you both bring. Thank you, Lisa and Donnah—we appreciate you more than words can say! 💫
